This blog contains almost everything I know about wine and I'm first to admit it isn't much. Stuff I've learnt and wines I've tasted. My objective is to get people thinking 10% more about the wine they drink. Please don't be afraid to comment or post your own review for these wines.

Hot Tip
Here is a hot tip which I learnt at the expense of $20.
Never buy wine by the glass from a restaurant that has been closed over a long weekend. This extends through to restaurants that have been closed Mon-Wed....
If you think about it, you can understand why. Don't make a big deal of it, but when you order you should ask if it is a new bottle.
2 crappy glasses of wine for $20 will learn you good!

My first post
So, I want to kickoff by saying how much I am looking forward to sleeping tonight.... why?
I have so much stuff about wine floating around in my head and I can finally start to get it all out.
Lets keep it short and straight up.
